Literally, the best beef we've ever had! Amazingly tender, it melted in our mouths.

The menu is very limited: 3 qualities of meat, 3 sizes each (100g, 150g, 200g). Prices are a bit expensive (medium quality, 150g was 45 euros), but it's totally worth it!

The place looks rather bad, they could improve the decor

The place is very small (7-8 tables only), and no staff: the owner is both the cook and the waiter. He speaks some English. The menu is only in Japanese, but you don't need to...

Oh.my.god! Best steak I have ever had! I had the medium priced (they have three price-points). Comes with salad and side. The place is family run, with the elderly man greeting you warmly as you enter. His son then takes your order (speaks very good English!) and another son cooks it. Perfectly. The quality is out...

松江駅からイオンに向かう途中にあるステーキ屋さんです。老舗な雰囲気なお店です。私はランチで伺いました。 たまの贅沢をと思い、私はシャトーブリアンコースの100gにしました。そしてグラスワインを。 個人的な感想ですが、サラダのドレッシングとても美味しかったです。 でも、レタスが大きすぎてフォークだけでは食べづらかったのでもっとひと口大にカットされていたら食べやすかったかな。 ステーキの焼き加減はオススメでおまかせにしました。シャトーブリアンは柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。お店では藻塩を渡されまして、お塩で食べるスタイルでした。お好みでお醤油やポン酢持お出ししてくれるそうですよ。 お店の方が気さくで話しかけてくださいます。店内はいろんな方のサイン色紙が飾られてありました。 でも、私の仕事に興味持ったのか食べてる最中にいろいろ写真持ってこられたり、いろいろ聞かれたり、馴れ馴れしすぎて空気まったくよんでくれなくてこちらが気を使って笑って喋った感じで…私はもうこのお店は行きたくないなと感じました。 万単位で支払ったのですしもっと楽しく食事して味わいたかったです。

島根県でJR松江駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にある、お肉の名店「Mr.Beef ミスタービーフ」さんで、お昼に限定数提供されている「ランチステーキ 100g (1,600円)」を頂きました。 外観や店内の様子から、老舗だということは伝わってきましたが、価格からそれほど大きな期待はなく頂いたこのランチステーキ。 正直、度肝を抜かれました。 噛むと肉の繊維をしっかりと感じながらも、すっと歯が入っていく柔らかな肉質に、そこから溢れでる上質な牛肉の脂。 高級鉄板屋さんで数万円の和牛を頂くこともありますが、ミスタービーフさんのランチは圧倒的なコストパフォーマンスでした。 実は、この日はランチがひとり手前で売り切れていたのを、県外からの訪問という事で無理くり用意してくれたオーナーにも感謝です。 ランチステーキを目当ての場合は、少しお昼より早い時間帯(11時過ぎ)に行くことをおすすめします。 いつかディナーで「シャトーブリアン」を頂いてみたいと思っています。
