"Tucked away a bit from the main tourist spots in Matsumoto, this Chinese restaurant is a local favorite. I went for the 'Mushroom Hot and Sour Ramen' and the 'Dumplings', both raved about in online reviews. And wow, they exceeded all expectations! The Hot and Sour Ramen featured a rich, egg-thickened soup, seasoned with chili oil and pepper for that perfect spicy and sour kick. The moment it arrived, the irresistible aroma had my mouth watering. One sip of the soup, and I was blown away by the deep, concentrated mushroom umami. The balance of acidity and chili oil heat was spot-on, warming me right to my core. Plus, the variety of textures made it incredibly satisfying. Then came the dumplings, bursting with juicy meat filling. Each dumpling was easily twice the size of a regular one, and with every bite, hot, flavorful juices spilled out, filling my mouth with pure deliciousness. The crispy skin and succulent filling were a match made in heaven. Truly a blissful experience!"
