When I walked into Gatta Bozu I was struck by the peaceful atmosphere emanating from the well-arranged air plants and beautiful tropical fish swimming in the pristine waters of their aquarium. I ordered a light-tasting chicken broth ramen with slices of thin chicken breast. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicate flavouring and lack of greasy ramen broth.
