Yataizushi Matsusaka Ekimae — Restaurant in Matsusaka

We were so relieved to find Yataizushi Matsusaka Ekimae! After struggling to find a non-smoking restaurant near the train station, this place was a breath of fresh air. It's a big, bright spot that feels very welcoming. We especially appreciated the non-smoking seating area outside and the easy-to-use English menu. The QR code ordering system on our phones was seamless, and our food arrived incredibly fast—within a minute! Everything was delicious, and we even tried some new dishes. The staff, especially our friendly waitress, made the entire experience wonderful. Definitely try the chicken wings....

Staff are unfriendly, especially the guy behind the counter who doesn’t speak only grunts or gives a sigh if you order directly. The counter was dirty soya sauce bottle was sticky and covered with sauce. The food is poor, sashimi looks as if it was thrown on the plate, and the sushi which comes on a dirty block of wood was very unappealing, the fish taste was watery, probably still half frozen. GWの19時に予約して来店。忙しいみたいでカウンターの中から今混み合っているので提供が遅くなりますとのことでした。なかなか店員さんも案内してもらえず、少し待たされ席に着いてとりあえず飲み物を注文。ビール2杯届けるのに30分かかり、その後いくら呼びベル押してもなかなか来ず、やっと注文しても少々お待ち下さいなどの一言もなく無言で立ち去る。 提供どころか店員さんが来るのも遅いし、呼びベル鳴らしても無反応なので、本当に呼べてるかも分からず何度も押しました。 提供も対応も遅いので先に注文だけ通したら20時頃に注文した品がやっと届きました。そして飲み物頼むとまた20分待ち。 対応できないのならば従業員を増やすとか、客を制限するとかしたらどうですか？ いくら遅くなると言っても、座って30分飲み物すら届かないのはおかしいと思います。 ちなみに私は県外からでしたが、他の店舗ではそんな対応されたことはありません。 二度と行きたくないし、これを見てる人にも暇な時しか来店しない方がいいですよ。 あと、そんな忙しいのに来る客来る客を通すのは何考えてるのか分かりません。一部の従業員の接客もおかしい...
