Not sure why the poor reviews. I liked the food enough, pasta tasted quite decent and was good value. Pizza also had a ¥550 promotion which was amazing. Basically a slightly more upscale Saizeriya with a nice view of Matsuyama Castle. Ferris wheel on the same floor...

久しぶりに家族といきました。 まず、席に案内されるもーでてきたグラスに唇のあとがベットリ！！に驚き 洗えてないじゃーん！ で、すぐさまとりかえてもらいましたが、お手洗いへ店外へでてみると調理場の男性二人が調理服のまんま、店外へでてきていて、、衛生的に着替えて外へ…思ってしまいましたが、そこは、いまの時代仕方ないかと。 気を取り直して店内で待ってると調理場の男性二人と店員女性一人が大きな声で話し声… はーー、なえる。プライベートなお話は小声で。。 でてきた唐揚げ定食のライスがまさかの、冷めきっててとどめにげんなりでした！ 昔はもっと、テキパキし、店内もいい感じだったのにー また一件、二度と行かないであろう店が増えてしまいました。 天下の高島屋も、、食事しよー...

ランチに訪れました。 全体的な感想としては可もなく不可もなくー。 残念だったのは、ピザの焼き加減が足りないなって思ったこと。たまたまだったのなら、それは当たりが悪かっただけかもしれませんが(^_^;)焦げ目が付くくらいは焼いた方がいいな、と思いました。半生っぽく感じました。 料理提供が早いのは良いことだとは思いますが、少し時間がかかっても構わないので、しっかりと焼いた美味しいピザの方が嬉しいです。

それと、注文がタッチパネル式になってたのですが、ランチのセットメニューが分かりにくかったので、もう少し分かりやすいと有り難いです。
