友人が電車で来ようとしていたのですが、急遽雪で電車が止まってしまって来れなくなってしまいました。 そのことが分かったのが予約時間の30分前だったのですが、どうしようもなかったのでキャンセルの電話をしました。が、その対応がひどかったです。 「ﾊﾝｯ、電車止まるの分かってましたよねー？なんで前もってキャンセルしないんですかー？まあ、はい、じゃキャンセルってことですね、はい、はーーーーい」と。別に計画運休ではないのであらかじめ運休を分かるはずもなく、唖然としてしまい、せっかくの年末が台無しになってしまいました。
