数年ぶりの『の村』さん。現在12時18分。駐車場はほぼ満車！入店するも席は… 空いていました。ホッ 今日はお一人様が多いみたい。オーダーは醤油チャーシュー麺。久々なので餃子も頼んじゃいます。笑 10分程で餃子が到着。2口サイズの大きさが6個。皮ほ薄目でモチパリ！手包みのヒダがステキ！餡は肉比率多めで、下味はほぼなし。タレはお酢、醤油、胡椒を多めに掛けてまぜまぜ。浸して食べれば…ほらウマイ！ 醤油チャーシュー麺は豚バラ肉が4枚とネギ、メンマ、海苔。麺は中細麺。軽くウェーブしてスープがよく絡む。見た目は濃いけど、醤油の風味が立って美味しいです。全然塩っぱくないしね。お腹いっぱい大...
