I had a spectacular blunch at LIBERIA AFRICAN BAR & RESTAURANT in MISATO CITY. It’s the only one Liberian restaurant in Japan I believe. And it is located inside the huge apartment complex named MISATO DANCHI.
It was my first visit there and when I asked the owner “Do you have something for breakfast?” He suggested me 2 kinds of Liberian local bread - Banana bread and Corn bread - they are out of regular menu maybe. So I decided to take them with iced tea.
The speciality of the bread, they are made from rice flour and sugar free. So, they taste very natural but so flavorful. The both were so yummy.
I really enjoyed not only food but also very African style interior and warm hospitality of restaurant staffs ( a couple of Liberian and a Senegalese chef).
