If you are looking for high-quality Chinese food, this is the place. The prawn with chili sauce was huge. Also, the prawn itself seemed fried in a wok but wasn't coated with frying batter, which made it less greasy and blended well with the chili sauce. The crab-fried rice was probably the best-fried rice I've had. It had a perfect amount of that ‘flame’ flavor, and the rice wasn't greasy with oil, either. Sweet and Sour Pork was probably the highest-quality sweet and sour pork I've ever had. The pork itself was very tender and didn't smell at all. It seemed they either didn't use frying batter or used a very minimal amount, but I was surprised to find that the outside was still crunchy. Things to keep in mind. Make a reservation or show up a couple of mins before they open: This place is popular so if you don't make a reservation you'll probably have to wait a couple of hours especially during dinner. We went on a weekday right at 10:30AM and all the tables was already either filled or was reserved. We got luck and took the last table. Limited parking. I think they only have 6-7 parking spots They do take...
Read moreI have a bad experience with this place and I’m not the only one. We came here as a group of 3 and we are from the Misawa AFB near by. Me as Asian myself with 2 other black friends of mine walked in, they told us it about an hour wait while they have at least 4 tables and couple single booth available. We were all so confuse with the wait but we respect the restaurant and wait outside, then one of the family with the same amount of people who I guess is local people walked in , they got welcome and got a table right away. So with that I’m wondering what’s the real problem here and why we have an hour wait and the other family get settled in right away? Anyway I will never come back here don’t matter how good the food and the service is and I would NEVER recommend to anybody who I guess isn’t a local...
Read moreHands-down my favorite Chinese cuisine restaurant of all time! The menu isn't as large as some others, but the food is always prepared quite well and is incredibly delicious! Their lunch and dinner sets come with soup of the day, salad, rice, and desert. My wife enjoys their ramen, but my favorite is their egg and wood ear mushroom stir fry. The vegetables and vermicelli is also quite excellent.
The chef keeps things interesting throughout the year by temporarily adding new creations. My favorite temporary menu item was the sechuan fried pork rib. Big, tender, and...
