ユッケジャンと海苔巻、ヒゲ茶をいただきました。お通しで出てきたキムチが、その辺で売ってるものと違って、素朴な手作りの味。とても美味しい。ユッケジャンは、山菜や肉などの具がたっぷり入っていて、濃厚なスープが良かった。海苔巻は、母親が握ってくれたような家庭的な美味しさ。オモニは、厨房で忙しそうにキムチをつくっていて、釜山の市場食堂からやって来たような風情がありますが、日本語はかなり話すことができ、親しみを感じる人柄の方。本場の味を...
