Unbelievably positive experience! The staff who greeted us, the interior design and how well the rooms were partitioned, the lighting which was not too bright nor too dim, and just at the right angle, you can tell that this restaurant is run by owners who are quite particular about thee setting and the customer's experience. Furthermore, the chef was legendary in his ability to delight my mother, sister, and I. He often had a sincere grin as he prepared various dishes. 水戸市役所ちかくのお寿司屋さん お寿司と常陸秋そばのセットを注文しました。

お寿司がとても美味しかったです。 水戸では、数少ない赤シャリのお寿司でした。

小さめのにぎりで食べやすかったし、 ネタも全体的に良かったです。

イカは、軽く炙ってあって 玉も甘すぎず、美味しかったです。

お蕎麦は、常陸秋そばの二八蕎麦でしたが かえしが、ちょっと甘すぎるようにも思えて そこだけが残念に思いました。

ですが、 ランチのセットのお蕎麦なのに ちゃんと蕎麦湯も出て来て、本格的でした。

お店も新しくカウンターも広く お座敷もあって、宴会や接待も出来る雰囲気です。

ランチでお邪魔したけど、 カウンターでお好みで一杯やりたい気持ちになりました。

店頭に車が4台ほど停められますが、 すぐ後ろのコイン駐車場を利用すると サービス券をもらえます。
