Pasta House Niwa — Restaurant in Miyakojima

BAD SERVICE. As I am a waiter myself, I'm never the one to put a bad review but that one deserved it. If you were such in a hurry to close super early, please don't welcome any guest in your restaurant! The restaurant CLOSES AT 10 PM, last order at 9pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:50pm, order 2 salads and 2 guava juices BY 8:55 PM. All good until now. There is a water bar for free that closes at the same time that last order (so if you want water during your meal take it before). 9pm one salad arrived, no drinks but the waiter came to remind us of the closing for the water bar. We said that is ok for the water but kindly remind him that we were still waiting our juices. He answered that they will bring them immediately. Second salad arrived, we finished both salad and STILL NO DRINKS AT THE END OF OUR MEAL. WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THIS TIME. We ask for the bill (he still did not realize he forgot the drinks because he was just obsess about taking out the water from the restaurant). On the bill we discovered that he messed up our order about the salad size too. On the order of 4 items, 2 ITEMS WERE FORGOTTEN AND ONE INCORRECT. We left the restaurant at 9:20pm (closing time 10:00pm) as we were just feeling not welcomed here. Very poor apologies, bad service from this waiter who just wanted to close the restaurant before the closing time. Never...
