幸魚 — Restaurant in Miyazaki

We found this place from a YouTuber's recommendation and made a reservation. We ordered a lot of food, and it was all so delicious! There was one chef who was kind and prepared the food with lots of care and one helper. There were 7 of us and we kept ordering food. It seemed like locals come here, so it felt like finding a hidden gem! Asides from food, our party also ordered two different chilled sakes and it was very good. The vibe and atmosphere was very homey and good. The locals were also friendly with you.

For everything we ordered, I tried to write it but in sure I'm not going to get everything right: blue fin tuna, squid sashimi, other fish sashimis I don't know the name of but was delicious! , snow crab dumplings, Lobster sashimi, conch aka. Turban sashimi via Google translate, fried pork foot, buttered scallop and asparagus, cigar fish, another fish tempura, raw oyster, tako-su/octopus, grilled clam, fried oyster, fish porridge, rice with raw egg, we also got one of their beef stews? I don't have a picture of it but it had an egg and radish inside with clear soup and beef.

Our personal favorites were the maguro (tuna), cigar fish, and the fried pork foot. These were so good we kept getting multiple servings!

Overall the sashimi is very fresh, the oysters were huge and the fried oyster was cooked beautiful where it wasn't over cooked on the inside but perfectly fried on the outside.
