I went on a weekday around noon. The menu is only Okinawa Zenzai. Buy a meal ticket first. One zenzai is 350 yen. (As of the end of May 2023) The sweetness is modest, the kidney beans are very soft, and the ice is very fine, so I ate it deliciously until the end. It's worth going here! The parking lot is...

Theオキナワン スイーツ『ぜんざい』 本部町にあるぜんざい専門の老舗店。 創業開始が1948年と沖縄戦からたった3年後だというから驚く👀‼️ 今年で創業75年になる 働いているおばちゃんは60年以上になるとは言っていたがまぁ、此れくらいの年月だとあまり変わりはないのかとも思うが(笑)。 甘く煮られた豆は大きさからみて小豆では無く金時豆だろうか？ 絶妙な甘さは口の中にまったりと残るしつこいタイプではなく食べた後もさっぱりしている。 他のぜんざい屋さんだと白玉が入っているが此処は入っていない。 それでも金時豆がごっそりと入っているので白玉に拘らない私にとっては大満足である。 最近、価格が300円から350円へとあがったとの張り紙がされていたがそれでも財布に優しいと思うのだが(笑)。 創業以来、ぜんざいだけで此処まで続けてきたのは｢凄い‼️😳✨。｣の一言につきる。 かき氷の部分は慌てて食べると頭にきんきんとくるがそれも醍醐味😋。 最後まで美味しくいただきました😁。 くわっち～さびたん😋👍✨。 ※追記、2025年7月31日 蒸し暑い夏の昼下がり｡ 店内では懐メロがながれ、壁掛けの扇風機が生ぬるい風をおくる。 エアコンもないこの場所で涼を取るために『ぜんざい』をかきこむ。 フワフワな氷とほどよく甘く煮られた金時豆。 至福なひとときを満喫する。 くわっち～さびたん😋🥢🙏。
