Went for lunch and it was absolutely delicious!! We got the 8 course lunch and every dollar was worth it. The chef is immensely talented and creative from the choice of ingredients, unique flavor profiles, and presentation. Each bite was like an explosion of flavors with traces of Italian influence. It’s not common to find a western fine dining restaurant in Okinawa. Had the long dinner menu (¥20,000). Love the creativity and variety of local ingredients used by Chef Masatsugu Nishie! Enjoyed the entire dining experience from starters to desserts. Nice wine selections too. Great hospitality by manager Suzuki San! Excellent interior design and vibe.
