The local dishes were really delish, slightly under seasoned so we had to add a bit salt and shichimi.
I wanted a miso soup on the side but they only had it with the set menu, which I thought was pretty inflexible.
We called around 7:40 and they said that they were able to accommodate us (2ppl) and last call for kitchen is at 8:30pm.
The bittermelon stirfry, the scallops, the salted fish on a sizzling platter were all so good, hope that the fried chicken cartilage was better.
