かくれ助屋 — Restaurant in Nagano

Excellent. One of the best Tonkotsu (pork born soup) Ramen noodles in Nagano city. Rather smart tasty soup than the real Tonkotsu one but this is fantastic. Noodles are also fantastic. Otherwise, Shoyu and Miso ramen are available, these are also great. Rice, pickled ginger and spicy pickled greens are available as all-you-can-eat.

The inside of the shop looks like the 50's Japanese down town lovely. Pay by cash or QR code at the machine to enter, no English menu, menu boards are with a plenty of piccies but it may take a time to decide what to order due to too many...
