Chinese restaurant Shortuen — Restaurant in Nagano

Straight to the point, the meal tastes really good, and it's huge for the price (530 yen). That said, I have to confirm what many other customers reported, about being pressured to eat fast and leave. I would say that this is a very peculiar restaurant, with a customer service that does not resemble the Japanese style at all, plus the lack of a menu like other restaurants, but if you're good with the treatment you'll get and with being served the meal of the day (whatever it is, no choice), then I'd say you won't be disappointed by the rest! :D So... I'll give 5 stars based on that premise, I just wish the store owners had their "rules" stated at the facade, so that people won't be expecting traditional...

Walked in one day and asked to see menu and they said no. Another day a Japanese person asked for a table and was refused as well. They don't want to...

The food is good but the owner treats the foreigners very bad, she always ask us to eat faster...
