They were very busy because of the festival and had to close for 10mins, but despite that they were very kind! The food itself was amazing. Especially loved the cream and grapefruit pastry. Not too sweet with a bit of sour works surprisingly well. Will come again next time...

2023.7 今のところ評価としては3.5くらいです。 長岡に行った際に評判が良さそうなので立ち寄りました。 とても小さなパン屋さん。隣には駐車場があります。 ショーケースに並んでいるパンを取ってもらうスタイル。ハード系から柔らかいのまでバランス良い感じです。お値段もそんなに高くないです。 クロワッサンはしょっぱい系です。私はバターが効いたほんのり甘い感じが好きなのでリピートはしませんがパリパリ感はとても良かったです。 他にもあれこれ3000円くらい買いましたがそのなかではクルミといちじくのハード系のパンとベーコンエピが好きでした。特にベーコンエピはちゃんと端っこまでベーコンが入っていて嬉しかったです。 クルミパンが珍しいハード系でした。 クルミが本当にたくさん入っていました。でもベースが硬いとせっかくのクルミの良い歯応えが目立たないんじゃないかなぁ？と感じました。 お店の方の接客も良い感じでした。今回は午後に行ったので次は違う時間帯に行って別の...
