I've been enjoying Hatsuhana since 2004, I've been dozens of times over 11 trips to the Artist is very professional and skilled. All of his dishes are prepared thoughtfully and he takes time to explain the dish in Japanese as he serves with his wife. He is licensed and experienced for Fugu (Blowfish) preparation. I'll never go to Nagaoka without stopping in with my Family. They have a great selection of Niigata Sake and knowledge in how to pair with meals. They have catered a Wedding Reception for us as well as Memorial Ceremonies and funerals.

口コミが良かったのでコース料理を予約しての訪問。 旬の素材とおいしいものをふんだんに出してもらえました。 のどぐろ、毛ガニ、はも、すっぽんの一品料理 握りで印象深かったのは、白身のアラとアワビ（肝つき） 品数が多いので、おなかいっぱいです。 客のリクエストには、しっかり答えてくれそうなお店でした。 常にこのレベルを保つのは、大変なことと思いますが 長く続いてほしいお店ですね。 寿司屋のコースでは、口直しがつかないところが多いですが、 この日は、手作りの冷やし梅、これはうれしい誤算でした。 握りは、醬油をつけるタイプのお寿司屋さんですが、 煮切り醤油でしたら更に満足度が上がると思います。

ここの鯖は最高に美味しい！京都で修行された大将なので、新潟では珍しい京風のお寿司と割烹料理を提供してくれます。 見た目もとても美しいお寿司はシャリが小さめなので女性も食べやすいです。お任せコースは3種類ほどあり、かなりリーズナブルです。 オリジナルのジンジャーエールは生姜が少し強めで大人の味です。私のお気に入り。 ちょっと良いお寿司を懐具合に合わせて楽しめるお店です。

Sushi was fantastic, we had a choice of 2 options to choose from with optional add ons after the full set Extremely satisfied with the food and the owners went out of their way to make u feel at home too Definitely...
