This owner decided to came here to play his xenophobic 外人 card instead of owning his bad service today.

Sir, I do live in Japan for many years now. I know how it works. Stop blaming foreigners for your unwillingness. To everyone, check the other comments. This place has a history of xenophobia.

Sir, I immediately changed my order to accommodate you. I was politely and understanding. You, on the other hand, did everything to make us feel uncomfortable. Barely pointed a table for us to seat. Left us without food or water for 20 minutes. And, instead of getting our order, decided to hang your sign of “no customers without a reservation welcomed today”. Just a horrible unwelcoming attitude overall.

You served us an unopened plastic bag of peanuts as appetizer. The kind one can buy at Lawsons. Your pizza was good, but your carbonara was horrible. I was still hungry, but gave up ordering anything else. Not so much for the bad food, but for the overall unwelcome feeling.

Sir, you had the same bad attitude with the table nearby. They were Japanese and did have a reservation, so what’s your excuse? Just own your bad behavior!

In 5 years here, you’re the only restaurant I felt compelled to review badly. Please, go ahead with your xenophobia. Forbid foreigners in your restaurant. How well did that workout for Japan? Maybe you do deserve to be out of business.

Xenophobic place, do not go here if you aren’t Japanese! We entered the restaurant, and as soon as the owner saw that we did not speak Japanese, he pointed to the door and said “no”. He didn’t say “excuse me” or “sorry”, just pointed to the exit....

三重県から来ました。これ程の味は今まで食べたことがないと思えるくらい料理が本当に美味しいお店です。店内の雰囲気もオシャレで落ち着いてたので居心地も申し分無いです。店長が全部一人でオーダーから調理に片付けまでこなしている中でもお客さん方には疲れた表情は一つも見せず頑張ってる姿も輝いててカッコいいとも思ってしまいました(笑)　たださっきも言った通り店長が接客から最後まで全部一人でやりきっているので料理の提供はどうしても時間が掛かる場合もあります。でもそれは一つ一つの料理をしっかり丁寧に作って下さってるからこそなので承知の上で前もって早目の予約（更に食べたい料理も全部、事前に連絡しておく）をしてから行ってみて欲しいです。そうすれば本当に素晴らしいお店だとわかってくれると思います。今回は事前に贅沢なコースを（食べたい料理も詳しく）予約して来店しましたので値段が少々張りましたが食材への拘りがありつつ提供された料理も全部絶品でしたので自信を持ってオススメできます！胃袋に余裕があればもっともっと食べたいくらいでした(笑)　遠方でもまた来たいと思えるお店でし...
