The pizza tasted fine, a little under-seasoned. When I asked him to crisp it up it had a nice texture.
It was 1 hr to 1.5 hours before closing and they only had three fresh by the slices : 2 green pepper and 1 mushroom. A little bummed he didn’t have any other options or decide to make more pizzas. He said he had some slices in the freezer like pepperoni or sausage but who wants a frozen pizza when you expect fresh? Maybe it would’ve hit differently if he had told me he had those frozen slices and then offered it to me at a discounted price. That makes the customer feel like you’re still trying to give me good service.
He kind of had a nonchalant attitude that was off putting but maybe he was tired from the day or whatever.
Probably wouldn’t come back but it was fine for the one time. If you’re in the area and desperately want a quick pizza fix, it’s not gonna break the bank so it’s...

However, this place is certainly one of the better representations of NYC-styled pizza in Japan. I think it’s mainly due to the size of a slice. It’s especially rather surprising to find something like this in the middle of quiet Nagasaki!

The pepperoni was alright too - he gave generous helpings of the pepperoni slices, but it was slightly burned and hard to chew near the crust. I would not recommend the cheese pizza at all - it was way too burned and that seems to be common among the other pictures I see on here. The crust was...

New York pizza is hard to find in Japan, let alone a smaller city like Nagasaki. •Atmosphere: Really cool, chill place. There are some questionable decor choices which might be offensive (although unfortunately not unexpected in this type of place). •The owner went to New York for 2 months and ate pizza for 3 meals a day to find the one he liked and then memorized the taste. A bit unconventional, but dang it worked for him because it WAS GOOD. He doesn't speak much English, but can at least take your order and...
