A very satisfying Tuscan meal experience in Nagasaki. The chef's personal sojourn in Italy shines through in the well thought out menu which embraces the warm cuisine of this region. There are several items on the menu that are not found at other Italian eateries in Japan which is a welcome surprise indeed. Instead of lamb chops, the offering here is a perfectly grilled skewer of delicately seasoned lamb cubes. Pasta dishes were rich and flavorful showcasing the care with which the chef handles each course.
