Was wondering around town when I saw this little place. It's known for the Nagasaki dish Toruko rice (rice pilaf, spaghetti and pork cutlet) but you can also order croquetes, hamburger or ebi fry along with the rice and spaghetti here.

I had the croquette + ebi fry and it was delicious! Seems like a weird mix: rice and spaghetti but they made it work! The woman serving me was very friendly and the owners/cook clearly take a lot of pride on their work. Really felt like a lovely family owned place :) Paid 1600 yen for the meal including a beer, so really...

Small Toruko-rice shop on 2nd floor of the building near Meganebashi (Spectacles bridge).

There are 5 tables around 20 seats. Cozy interior. Their Toruko-rice was very very good. The portion is big that it will definitely fuel your afternoon travel activities. The lady set was just the right amount for me. (Half katsu/ebi fry, smaller portion of curry rice and pasta with mini dessert)

Some wait time during lunch time but the table rotation...

色々あって悩んだ結果、わんぱくなこちらに！ ・トリプルトルコライス（カツ＆ハンバーグ＆エビフライ）

美味しい！ ハンバーグ、カツ、エビフライ、スパゲッティ、カレーと、それぞれがまず美味しい。大人のお子様ランチみたいな感じ（笑）

When you come to Nagasaki, there are three things you have to try: Castella cake, Chanpon, and Turkish rice.

When I arrived at the restaurant before lunch opening, there was already one group waiting. By the time they opened, there was a line behind me. *By the time I left, there was even more in the line.

After much deliberation, I decided on this naughty dish!

Triple Turkish rice (pork cutlet, hamburger steak, and fried shrimp)

Delicious! Hamburger steak, pork cutlet, fried shrimp, spaghetti, and curry - each dish was delicious. It was like a kid's lunch for adults...
