Sushi Kyo — Restaurant in Nagasaki

We had the absolute pleasure of eating at this incredible local sushi restaurant, hosted by mom and daughter — and what an experience it was!

From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was unmatched. The service was attentive, kind, and made us feel like family. And the food? Simply out of this world.

It was my first time tasting real, authentic Japanese sushi — and I can honestly say I’ll never look at sushi the same way again. Every piece was crafted with care and melted in your mouth. You could feel the tradition and love in every bite.

They have Japanese and English menus. The atmosphere was cozy and on a hot day, the much needed AC!

A small restaurant but neat and clean. The food made was fresh and delicious. I loved the salmon. Having eaten nagasaki champon yesterday from elsewhere, the food here gave me a feel of homemade food.
