4+ overall. V clean nice soba place with little details in the interior e.g. by the back you can see a small garden, flowers in toilet etc. Well spent ¥2,400 lunch

Terrible, unfriendly service. When I asked for a napkin they just answered me with a “no”, I wouldn’t even know why ( they were just in front of us). You can clearly feel they are not foreigner...
