I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff member, Kobayashi-san. From the moment I walk through the door, his warm and approachable demeanor immediately stands out. He always greets me with a genuine smile and effortlessly remembers me as a returning customer, which adds such a personal and thoughtful touch to my dining experience.

What truly amazes me is his excellent Mandarin-speaking skills, especially considering he is Japanese. It’s impressive how well he communicates and connects with customers from diverse backgrounds, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.

The food is consistently outstanding—beautifully prepared and full of flavor. I particularly enjoy how the menu highlights seasonal dishes, offering a fresh and exciting dining experience every time. I had the pleasure of visiting again in early December, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered.

名古屋市中区にある居酒屋、平日の２１時頃に食べログのネット予約を利用して４名での訪問。 テーブル席に案内され、このメニューを注文してみた。

店内はカウンター席やテーブル席が並び、このタイミングで約８割程の客入りと賑わっていた。 気心知れたメンバーと日本酒を味わおうとやってきた。 此方は時間でオーダーする日本酒飲み放題の店で、アテも美味しく評判のお店。 通算３回目の訪問だったが、個人的に非常に思い入れがあるお店でもある。 今回は利き酒６０分のコースで、写真のお酒以外に２銘柄を味わった。 珍味５種は、中でも黒チャンジャが変わり種。 チャンジャなので鱈の腸なのだろうが、黒胡椒のピリッとした味わいがかなり好み。 ツブ貝わさびも、コリコリの食感と山葵のツンとした味わいが日本酒に合う。 パリッと揚がった太刀魚の天ぷら、身に厚みがありホクホク。 しかも思った以上にボリュームがあり、これは頼んで正解。 あっという間の６０分であったが、ラストオーダーでハイボールを注文。 相変わらず日本酒を飲みながらハイボール、また相棒に笑われてしまう...
