Had a bad time here. Dropped in before my evening work for what I thought would be a quick dinner, ordered two dishes and a drink. Drink and one dish arrived quickly, but the second dish arrived after a long time and was the small version, not the large one I had ordered. Staff apologized and said they’d send another one out to make up for it. The dish was subuta, sweet and sour pork, but was a pretty sorry affair, mostly sweet potato with only three or four pieces of pork - see my pic. After waiting another ten minutes with no sign of the missing other half of my subuta, I decided it was time to go back to work. Then the bill arrived, and it was 1000 yen too much. I went to the counter, explained the situation and queried the bill total. The only reason I’m not giving this place 1 star is because the staff seemed genuinely apologetic and concerned. They reduced my bill, gave me a voucher and gave me the missing dish as takeout. Needless to say I won’t be back, but I appreciate the staff’s attempts to fix...

I’m used to spice levels in Japan being mellowed down but this was different. I ordered the set menu of Mapo tofu and fried rice. Chose the dragon level spice. Wow! It was not kidding around, total...
