KAKUOZAN LARDER — Restaurant in Nagoya

As far as I know, these are the best burritos in Nagoya. I've heard great things about the burgers, too, but I can't not order a burrito whenever I go. They're just too good 😅

I had some complaints about the prices and hours before, but they prices are actually pretty reasonable these days, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and how much inflation is hurting everyone lately. As for their operating hours, the limited availability just makes the food taste that much better.

If you're meeting a group there, just be aware that they won't seat or serve you until your entire group has arrived, so it's better to show up all together from the start if possible. The staff are really kind and work hard, but there are only two of them, so "good things come to those who wait" is a good mindset...

Such a cool and yum burger place! I can only recommend to come here and try the burgers out. They have a wide choice of burgers and also burritos. You can also choose extra toppings for the burgers (yuuuum!) and they come with fries. They also do take out burgers, the beer is 100 yen off when bought for take out. I like the food, the burgers are pretty good - the buns are a bit brittle - the burritos are filling and tasty, the oven French fries are something special, and the staff seem quite friendly, but they're closed for two weekdays... it can sometimes be a big bummer to decide you feel like burgers then turn round the corner and see the place closed.
