Nigori no Tokube Aeon Chikusa-ten — Restaurant in Nagoya

My wife and I came here for a calm lunch and it was anything but. First off, this place does the sushi bar idea in a vastly different way than other sushi restaurants we have been to. We came here thinking it is like a normal sushi bar, and found out quickly how wrong we were and were lectured crudely by the staff. Not onc, but twice they came to us and gave a lecture like an angry parent does to a child about how the restaurant operates. Apparently, you have to order your food from the device and it will be delivered to you via the one revolving belt they have. The same device you order from will ding when your food arrives on the belt. If you miss it it will not ring again. The only postage they offer about how the place operates is on a placard at the booth that is so small and non-descript that you would ignore it as a warning.

The food was nothing special. And the atmosphere is so loud with other people chatting and the constant ringing of food arriving at other booths we could not...

私は、徳兵衛は、他にも3店ほど行ってますが、ここの店だけは、他の徳兵衛に比べて、特別うまい、と思います。 他の徳兵衛店には、ないネタも出してるし、キッチンを少し覗けるカウンター場所に座っていたので驚いたのは、この店だけなのか？と思うが、サカナを刺身にすべく、さばいていましたよ！ 天ぷらも、店で直に揚げてるから、アツアツで、サクサク。 出汁巻き玉子は、ここで一から作ってたから驚きました。それもカウンターから見れたから驚きました(他の店では、おそらくチンでしょ？) 平日のランチでサカナのアラの味噌汁サービスがあるのだが、どこの店とは書かないが、他の店の徳兵衛店で、たまに、とても生臭いアラ汁で、とても飲めたものではない時があって、辟易したことがあった！何も知らないアルバイトに作らせたんか？と問いたい。 他の店で、横着して、手抜きしてる店もあるから、店長は交代制にして、チェックすべきだと思いますよ。 ここ千種店のアラ汁は、当たり前だが、アラをしっかり焼いてから出してるから、安心して飲めるし、美味い。 さばいたばかりのネタは、やはり分厚かったし、新鮮さがあった。 エビひとつとっても、ここの店は他の店にはない新鮮さと分厚さです。ペラペラのエビが出てくる他の徳兵衛店に比べたら、段違いに美味しい。何故、ネタが違うのか、意味わからないが… 他の徳兵衛の店にはない、特別感が、ここにはあるから、私は、他の徳兵衛には、行かないと決めた。他の徳兵衛に送り出す為の研修にでも使ってるのか、スタッフがやたら多いのも良い。 回転寿司屋にしては、満点をあげたい。 しかし、さすがに日曜日、祭日の昼時間は、時間差で１時半に行っても、待ち時間が長すぎて(40分ぐらい？かな)… 諦めることが多いから、平...
