The store is right next to Kanamaya station so generally busy most of the day. The staff are very friendly despite their basic level of English, and this is the first Starbucks store I have ever visited where they will ask you while in line to order if you are ordering to go or to sit in. When telling them I wanted to sit in, they reserved a spot for me by the window. A first for me in any Starbucks store in any country! Service was also fast and I got my drink very quickly.

The worst starbucks I met in japan even all over the world. I’m from hk, today when I line up to buy a drink, one male staff approach me but he totally cannot speak any English. That’s fine. After I buy a drink, I take a seat, the same male staff shows a cross(x) with his two hands and shows a label written seat reserved. There are other empty seats he also shows reserved. Come on, is it fair for a simple person like me? Starbucks is from USA, customers perfer staff at least know simple English. But the main problem is that this male staff don’t let me know the situation in this shop well and make me feel...
