When I arrived at this address there were two buildings under renovation right next to this location. I thought maybe the restaurant had gone under or moved and Google Maps needed to be updated. I was about to give up and walk away up a adjacent driveway. As I walked away I noticed some Vietnamese writing on an adjacent shack. My brain said hey maybe this is the place. I turn around to check it out and boy was it worth it. I discovered some simply Delicious food.
The menu was in Vietnamese (no English) and the proprietor seems to only speak Japanese (and probably Vietnamese), fortunately there were two other patrons ordering their meal one of which spoke English fluently. She helped me to understand the menu and place my order.
Limited menu. I ordered a Pork Banh Mi and a mixed fruit "shake." It took the cook a while to the produce our orders, but it was well worth the wait. Read moreHaving booked a nearby Airbnb, came across this place while looking for interesting food options. With the limited hours, it took a few days, but able to finally get in a visit. At the counter, I ordered the chicken pho and spicy pork banh mi. I wouldn’t consider the flavors aiming for authentic, but still tasty. The banh mi was a handful, very meaty, and flavorful. The bread was toasted perfectly. The pho was probably the lesser of the two. Was respectable but didn’t have subtle depth of flavors I’ve had...
