We didn’t have a reservation, so we showed up early and were so glad we took the chance. This was hands down the best yakiniku we’ve had during our time in Japan. The owner was there and made the experience unforgettable. He and his staff were incredibly kind, patient with our limited Japanese, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He personally cut the meat fresh when we ordered and even gave us a few extra slices to try.
