If you enjoy delicious ramen, you must come to this restaurant. The broth is chicken and pork based - very rich and flavourful but not heavy. The noodles are medium thickness. The meat/chashu is quite tender and full of flavour. You can order 3 kinds of ramen: salt, soy sauce or stamina. 夜中にふと家系ラーメンが食べたくなり調べて訪問しました。 駐車場は5台程度店の裏手に停められます。

店内は清潔でカウンター席も仕切られているので一人でも入りやすい雰囲気です。 飛鳥家系ラーメンの醤油のりたまをいただきました。 鶏白湯と家系が上手く融合しており、家系らしさも感じられました。 鶏のチャーシューも美味しく、ご飯をレンゲですくってその上に鶏を乗せ、スープに浸して海苔を被せて食べるのが最高に美味しかったです…😭 関東の家系とは違った良さがあるお店でした。

I visited Iekei Ramen in the middle of the night because I wanted to eat it. The parking lot is parked behind the store for about 5 cars. The inside of the store is clean and the counter seats are partitioned, so it is easy for even one person to enter. I had the Asuka family ramen soy sauce noritama. The chicken plain hot water and the family line were well integrated, and I felt that it was a family line. The chicken char siu was also delicious, and it was the best to scoop the rice with a ranger, put the chicken on it, soak it in the soup and cover it with seaweed ... 😭 It was a shop with a different merit from the Kanto family. 2020年10月再訪問

今回の注文は ・塩＋ゆで卵トッピング ・醤油

醤油ですが想像以上に醤油が強かったです 醤油辛いと言った印象 その使われている醤油ですが、そこまでこだわった醤油じゃないのかな？といった味わい 市販品で添加物がありそうな飲み口でしたが想像なので実際どうかは分かりません もう少し丸みのある味わいの醤油が合いそう

やっぱりここは塩の方がオススメかな？と思います 味玉がなかったためゆで卵を選びましたが正解かも？ いい口直し口休めになると思います そして麺はやっぱり短いんですね 二人で理由を探ってみましたがスープの味からして、あれぐらいの長さが一番絡みがいいのかな？と思いましたが如何に？

久々だったので天津飯とかも出来ていたのは知らなかったので次回にも食べてみようかな？

今回の注文は塩にしてみました スープはまずまず濃厚な鶏豚骨、最近よく見る生の刻み玉ねぎが乗ってました(個人的に生玉ねぎは合わないと思うので不要)

今回頂いたものがそうだったのか全体的にそうなのか 太めの麺で長さがやたら短い麺ばかりで食べにくくて仕方がなかったという印象

スープはちゃんと作られているのに麺をすすってもスープが絡まない悲しい状態

それでもなんとか完食し退店 ...
