The listing says they do takeout, but they completely balked at my takeout order. A complete waste of time. I mean, how hard could it be to throw a bunch of yakitori in a box or sheet of...

何度か行きました

焼き鳥大吉と言えば大阪発祥の全国チェーン店

よく似た お店としてあるのが 焼き鳥一番ですが

焼き鳥一番は京都発祥の関西を中心としたチェーン店です

どちらも似ていますが 大吉は全国 チェーン店なので 仕入れは ご亭主さんが 自分で仕入れる鶏を自分で決める事が出来ます

逆に一番の仕入れは京都の特定店が京都から配達しています

焼き鳥大吉は一番と同じく 店舗オリジナルメニューが 許されており

その数は15品まで

アルコール類はサントリーからのみの仕入れですが それは昔にサントリーと提携していた名残だったと記憶しています

飲食店の蘊蓄は ここまでとして 大将の経歴と人柄と味のレビューをば

大将は福岡で鉄道系電気技師を15年されていましたが 飲食店をやってみたい！

と一念発起！ 福島で大吉の3ヶ月研修システムを知り 研修開始

研修を終え 3年間空テナント扱いだった富雄店にこられました

大将の人柄が良く 開店半年ですが そこそこ繁盛しているようです

焼き鳥や他1品物は 安心の大吉コスパ 通いやすい味と値段だと思います

焼き鳥を出す お店が10店舗と何気に焼き鳥激戦区の富雄！

長く続けてほしい...
