McDonald's Narita Airport Terminal 2 — Restaurant in Narita

Never thought McDonald's fries could be bad but these were. Overcooked and horribly over salted! I was scraping salt off each fry before I ate them but eventually gave up. We threw them away.

We were charged for ketchup, which is just a thing in Japan. They had no dipping sauces for nuggets except Barbeque and Mustard (which you also had to pay for).

They got our order wrong and gave us an incorrect item. Seating was small and limited.

My Big Mac was okay as was the rest of the food, other than the terrible fries. The apple pie was great, better than in the US.

The bacon potato pie didn't even make it into the photo before being eaten (also delicious). They had a special berry pie available that we also bought and that was good as well.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience because Japanese fast food chains tend to be better than US ones but that wasn't...

The service attitude is very BAD. (Shop manger)

They were very disorganized and canceled my bill and refunded me the wrong amount. You can't communicate with her (shop manager) because she doesn't understand English at all.

Also, she yelled at me and had a very bad attitude. I don't know how they train their staff. So, I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

(Btw, the other staff are very friendly. The shop manager is very impolite and unfriendly.)
