Sushi Uogashi Nihon-ichi — Restaurant in Narita

My boyfriend and I arrived late in the evening, and with many restaurants already closed (around 20:00 Japan time), our expectations weren't high. However, we decided to try it despite some negative reviews and low ratings. And boy, were we in for a treat!

The first thing that impressed us was the outstanding quality of the sushi. Each piece was incredibly fresh and packed with flavour. It felt like a genuine culinary adventure, right there at the airport. But that's not all—what truly enhanced our experience was the friendly staff. They greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home.

One highlight was the sushi combo they offered, which was a fantastic deal. The amount and variety of sushi we ate for the price we paid was cheap, especially compared to similar offerings in Tokyo!

It was almost closing time and ordered takeaway sushi🍣 to the polite Indian boy staff who doesn't speak English but speaks Japanese😅

Immediately after took it to the airport hotel, the half dried Toro tuna among other dried Nigiri were really disappointing. I trushed the hard rice and went to the downstairs to get some snack food. I should have had McDonald's with my son. He enjoyed Japanese...

There is nothing special to mention, just novelty a stand-up Sushi Bar. Unfortunately, the price of the recommended Special set has doubled - $22 recently. At this price point, there's no need to come here specifically.
