Food is great. Ordered Ramen, gyoza, and tamago. We got ramen and gyoza right. But there’s no tamago or egg. We were given something else which I don’t know. Upon checking the receipt, we were charged for the egg that was never served. I paid because I don’t want to argue and it’s almost time for my flight. The place is small, this is an airport so please expect that people will have luggages with them. At least provide a space for luggage, or have a luggage space outside. The food here is recommended, but I don’t...

I don't know why this place has such a bad review. As a sister shop of Ippudo, they did the ramen on the same level of deliciousness. I have no complaint on the soup, noodle, chashu, or eggs at all. It is still way better than the average ramen in America. Plus it is affordable here. I got a nice staff who gives me a jug of iced water for myself as well. If you want to finish your trip in Japan with a good note without being afraid of being too tight, get one more ramen...

Our last meal in Japan. Our waiter did not ask us how we want our noodles to be as he assumes that we don’t get it. I am a huge fan of Ippudo and I love the Ippudo I go in Osaka as everyone is so nice and food is good. My next table with British customers had a different waiter(younger guy), they don’t speak Japanese at all but they were asked how they want their noodles to be. I get that wait staff get tired of serving ppl but hope they can be consistent with...
