Despite training a new employee, she maintained her signature warmth and professionalism. Nana expertly coached the new team member, showcasing exceptional leadership skills. Her patience and guidance made the training seamless. The Tokyo Blend coffee? Absolutely divine! Nana's expertise ensured a flawless brew that exceeded expectations. A truly outstanding experience!

This place should receive a higher rating! The place is super spacious, very rare to see in Starbucks, not to mention it is at the airport! Much better than the crowded one at the departure hall where you may even struggle to get a seat. Prices are cheaper as well as the staff told me they are all takeaway prices. it's quite a large area of starbucks that could sit and wait for the flight. huge windows that could look at the gound and the flights coming and going. i got a sandwich that's spanish inside but was yaki. i'd pick something else next time. should have more staff to clean the table and trash...
