Had a long transfer so tried the omakase course. Overall the food is not incredibly but is proper sushi. I especially liked one of the appetizers which was pickled wasabi. The price is reasonable for the ingredients they use.
The not so perfect part is the service. The staff are genuinely friendly but everything seemed rushed. The chefs are so busy preparing for all of the takeout orders they seemed very stressed. And you can hear them complaining when a really big order comes in😅 One of the sushi I had was breaking up… so not exactly an experience you would have at a proper proper sushi restaurant. But then this is the airport. The result was that for dine-in guests, there was no introduction as of what they are serving and it felt like those American restaurants where you have to pick up your own food and put away your own plates.
