Food was really good and we had a great time but my son lost a videogame card and the tencho or manager didn’t exert their utmost effort to try to help find it. He just said as of now nobody returned my son’s game. There was one junior staff who helped take us to our seat and try to check. But the manager was not helpful at all. We often go to this place. Sometimes once a month. We would appreciate the courtesy for the staff’s assitance. I hope they will be more helpful to their customers and make sure we have a good experience...
