9/2(火)15:00 新潟伊勢丹地下にある加勢牧場さんに美味しい涼を求めに行きました。 テーブル席が多くあります。 この日は子ども連れの若いご家族で賑わっていました。 私はガンジーソフト(カップ)￥550を注文しました。 キリッとした牛の顔のクッキーがトッピングされています。 ソフトクリームはコクのある濃厚で良質なミルクの味わいです。 甘いのに後を引くことなく。 これはとても美味しいです。 小さいお子さんと一緒に来店するママさんの気持ちが解ります。 牛乳好きの子どもに食べさせてあげたくなります。 食べきるのが惜しくて、ゆっくり時間をかけて完食しました。 また近くに来たら寄らせていただきます...
