I often come to the shop and enjoy the sushi. However, today I am totally disappointed by a lady clerk. I didnât know why the panel system of our table wasnât properly working for instance, even when the sushi dish had arrived the monitor did not make an alert and kept in silent mode. Then, we called the staff through their panel system at least twice or three times today and a male staff came and brought the dishes back. I think the table next to us happened the same. After our meal was over, I explained this uncomfortable technical issue at the reception counter to manage this kind of situation in the future but the lady clerk did not welcome my suggestion without a glance. In addition, she said there was not such an error in the panel system, and difficult to apologize for any inconvenience caused today. I want to question where is the positive customer service and good manners of this specific clerk. I sincerely hope my positive suggestion is reviewed by the shop, check their network panel chain, and correct their customer service...
