This store is really hit or miss. Sometimes the deals on tech are irresistible, and you can find excellent prices for peripherals like SSD external drives or (micro) SD cards. They also specialize in parts for PCs leaning on gaming consoles and monitors of all shapes, sizes, and costs. The miss part of their shopping experience is their return policy. I recently bought a set of headphones from their store, and the mute function didn’t work properly. I brought it back, and after checking that, in fact, the mute function didn’t work, instead of offering me a store credit or refund, they gave me a phone number to contact the maker directly. 買取に関しては最低です。ネットにでてる買取金額は美品でなければ10％以上落ちます。他、下げる項目が多数存在します。店員が悪いわけでなく本社の基準がそうなっているそうです。良いものを持って行けばその分、損をします。はっきり言ってこの買取のレベルなら他店のほうが数倍良心的で必ず高くなります。何度か高額な物を持って行きましたが100％納得いく金額どころか最悪な金額を提示されます。あと、なぜか金額が高いとわざわざ本社に電話をし確認します。買い取る基準をいちいち個人情報抜き取って本社に電話する意味はなんなんでしょうか？そんなに本社の圧力がうるさいのでしょうか？お客側からしたら安く買いたたきにしか見えません。パソコンが好きなので応援はしてましたしかなりこちらでも購入はしました。もう幻滅なので言います。パソコン工房の製品ならDELLやLENOVO、ドスパラ、HPのほうがコスパ良好です。パソコン工房は二度と行きません。高額な買い物をするお客様は離れると思います。まあ商売なのでしかたがないでしょうが買取をそこまで安くするマニュアルがあるなら初めからネットでかなりの美品しかこの価格になりませんと書いたほうがいいですよ。私のレベルからしたら未使用品くらいしかそちらの価格設定になら...
