Very delicious ramen and kind staff. I ordered the shio butter corn ramen and the corn paste was incredibly flavorful. Noodles curly style, and had a nice texture. I also asked the waitress if there was a taxi stand nearby, and she offered to call one for for me which was so incredibly kind of her :) Absolutely would recommend this shop! I didn't order any gyoza, but she was hand making some while I was there and someone came in and bought a large takeaway box, so I'm sure they must...

I've lived in Japan for almost a decade and it's still my favorite ramen shop.

It is a gentle and comforting flavor, and it's important to make that distinction.

I myself am not a fan of overly bloody, overly salty ramen. Most of the time, I do not have pork cuts on ramen for that reason.

Does it mean those strong flavors have no value? Of course they have value.

To me personally, the gentle flavor of the ramen at this shop is exactly...

Hemos estado en Nikko 2 días y hemos comido 2 veces en este restaurante. La atención es súper buena , el ambiente es familiar y muy atento. Esta apenas a 15 min dando un agradable paseo desde las estación de JR,

Los ramen y gyozas de este restaurante merecen la visita totalmente, el sabor es muy bueno , puedes elegir entre el caldo con sal, soja o miso, y la cantidad de elementos están muy proporciónados por lo que puedes comer el ramen y moverte a visitar o hacer senderismo ya que no es pesado . Las gyozas con un sabor a nira muy bueno ( un sabor entre ajo y puerro) de bocado muy suave completan la experiencia.

We have spent 2 days in Nikko and have eaten at this restaurant twice. The service is excellent and very attentive and the atmosphere is family-friendly it's near, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the JR station.

The ramen and gyoza at this restaurant are absolutely worth a visit; the flavor is very good. In the ramen you can choose between salt, soy, or miso broth, and the ingredients are well-balanced, so you can enjoy the ramen , be satisfied ( and I am a 100kg 1,90m guy) and still feel light enough to go sightseeing or hiking.
