The only open restaurant we could find on an October lunchtime so we had to wait 40mins before eating (but that was a great opportunity to relax at the municipal foot bath Onsen about 100m away). An amazing discovery, you'd never guess as you arrive. The food was excellent ... the best we've had during our trip. Strongly recommend the trout. A real local experience, especially as we'd been told there were no restaurants in Yunoko. Beware though. Arrive early and wait as it's first come first serve and when there is no more food they close ... and there was a queue starting at...
