Yuno Lake — Attraction in Nikko

An exceptional destination, especially in the fall. We started our day with an early morning walk along the lake, beginning at the Kamenoi Hotel and heading counterclockwise. During my visit to Nikko on year end, I have been to this Lake as well. One of the most beautiful lake I have ever seen. At that time it was frozen and was able to walk over it. Place was so silent that if you throw any stone you can hear clear sound of it and stone can go far away due to ice. Nearby there was a nice restaurant and enjoyed local food there. This is the first time i came to Yunoko in summer. I was amazed by the beauty of this volcanic lake . You can hike around the lake about 70 minutes to enjoy the crystal clear green water and discover many big and small fishes . I will definitely coming back for koyo and hope to photograph sunset...
