東武鬼怒川線鬼怒川温泉駅から約160mの場所にある、中華料理の香雅さんに来ました。

私はかたやきそば大もり1000円（250円増し）を注文、連れの友人はチャーハン大盛りを注文。

◇かたやきそば大もり

直径約30cmの深さのある皿にはボリュームのある餡が掛かった固やきそばが盛り付けされている。

麺は細麺を油で揚げたもの、その上には白菜・モヤシ・ニンジン・ピーマン・豚肉などの餡が掛かっている。

固やきそばはパリパリとした食感があるが、その一部は餡が掛かっているのでしんなりとした食感がある。

餡は塩加減がややあっさりとしているので食べやすく、あえて酢などを掛ける必要は無い味わい。

ゆっくりと味わいながら食べて15分位でかたやきそば大盛りを完食しました。

見た目よりも意外にボリュームは少なく、せいぜい1kg位の量だと感じました。
