It really depends on what you want/expect. This is a fast, cheap, impersonal, noisy, kids/family oriented experience. You don't see a person from "check-in" to when you pay the bill. 西宮の出張の際にはよく利用するお店です。 システムの不具合らしき事象を、執拗にこちらのせいにしようとする店員さんがいて不快な思いをしてしまいました。

セルフレジでの会計時に伝票を読み込めず、店員さんにお尋ねしたところ「あなた達が席で会計ボタンを押さなかったからですね」とのこと。 何度も利用していてそのことは十分に理解していて、今回もいつも通りに席で会計ボタンを押したのですが。。。 そのことを説明しても、鬼の首を取ったかのように「いや、貴方方が押さなかったからです」の一点張り。 支払処理ができるようになったにも拘わらず、この店員さんは執拗に「あなた方がボタンを押さなかったからです」を繰り返すばかり。 支払処理ができるようになったので、こちら・お店側どちらのミスかはもどうでもいいことのはずですが。。。 全く会話が噛み合わず埒があかかないので、「分かりました」と話を切って支払処理をしてお店を出ました。

あまりに執拗に客＝こちらのミスのせいにされようとしていたので、普段は温厚な同僚が激昂したレベルでした。 執拗さが度を越しており、ここまでくると狂気、サイコパス感があり恐怖を覚えました。
