週末13時過ぎに訪問しました。 当日の朝10時頃に電話で予約しました。 店内に入るとちょうど1組の先客が退店する所でした。そして先客がゼロになりました。 我々は5〜6席ほどあるカウンターの2席に着席しました。 壁に貼られているメニューを見ていると、 「カウンター席では写真・動画撮影は禁止」 の貼り紙を見つけました。 ですので、今回はメモと記憶を頼りに報告します。 その後、私たちは以下を注文しました。 「おまかせ10貫+海苔巻き一本@3,700円」 おまかせの内容は以下です。 ・中トロ　脂乗ってて美味い！ ・白身(鯛？) 肉厚で美味しい ・カンパチ　脂が美味しい&肉厚っ！ ・天使のエビ(New Caledonia) 甘味&旨味濃厚 ・アナゴ　肉厚 ・アジ　こちらも肉厚で美味 ・マフグ　近海で獲れたフグ ・あわび　コリコリして食感良し ・大トロ　口の中で溶けました ・ウニ　甘くて美味、締めに良し ・巻き寿司　てっか、すじこ ・天使のエビの頭の入った味噌汁 総評としては、とにかくネタが新鮮でした。 そしてネタが分厚かくて弾力がありました。 お鮨をお二人に握って頂きました(内1人が恐らく大将)。お二人とも優しそうな方で、丁寧に接客頂きました。 お会計は1人3.7K円でクレジットカードでお支払いしました。 とてもコスパの良いお鮨屋さんでした。 ご馳走様でした。
